Internal Whistleblower Protection System

Obligation to guarantee confidentiality Disclosure of personal details of internal reporters or content that can imply their identity is prohibited. For this purpose, all the employees of the Compliance Management Department shall write a confidentiality pledge.
Obligation to prohibit disadvantageous actions No one can give position, administrative, or economic disadvantages to internal informants for reasons such as internal whistleblowing.
Responsibility mitigation Responsibility mitigation: For voluntary whistleblowers, mitigation of responsibility can be applied considering the severity of misconduct, usual work attitude, and level of remorse at the time of disadvantageous actions against the informant. The identity of voluntary whistleblowers who have embraced self-reflection and a new opportunity is thoroughly protected.
